Refund policy

At oneindiabazar.com, all products are checked and securely packed. If you receive a damaged or non-working item, we will provide a replacement only — an unboxing video is mandatory.

Conditions:
1. Report issues within 3 days of delivery.
2. Unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the package is opened.
3. Product must be unused and in original packaging.
4. No replacements for reasons like change of mind.
5. Shipping charges (if applicable) are not returnable.
6. Replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
7. No refunds will be issued under any condition
